RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Winter Wines, we understand the importance of purchasing a great bottle of wine.That’s why we have a straightforward return policy in place to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.  To start the return process, please keep the cork and put it back on the bottle with the wine still inside. Please note that we can’t accept empty bottles.

If you think your wine is corked or spoiled, please reach out to us with your receipt or proof of purchase, a written explanation of the situation, and some pictures of the bottle with the serial number visible.Our team will review  the information for validity and gladly ship you a new bottle for all valid claims.

Please note, we only accept returns/exchanges for bottles that are suspected of being corked or spoiled due to winery issues.  If the label is damaged or the wine/bottle shows normal wear and tear or from transport or improper storage(including heat), we won’t be able to accept a return or offer a replacement. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns.
